We want you to love your purchase. While most digital license keys can’t be “returned,” we’ll always work with you to make things right—even if you’re just not satisfied.

When You Can Get a Refund

✅ Key Doesn’t Work – If your key is defective or invalid, we’ll refund or replace it.
✅ Wrong Product – Got something different than what you ordered? We’ll fix it.
✅ Never Received It – If your key email got lost, we’ll resend or refund.
✅ Just Not Happy? – Even if the key works, we’ll consider refunds if you’re unsatisfied. Just ask! (We’re humans too!)

When Refunds Aren’t Possible

❌ Already Used the Key – Once activated, we can’t refund (it’s like opening a game and playing it).
❌ Changed Your Mind After Revealing the Key – Digital keys can’t be “unused.”
❌ System Incompatibility – Please check software requirements before buying. or chat with us to check !

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@viggenz.com within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Include your order number and a quick explanation (e.g., “Key didn’t work” or “Not what I expected”).
  3. We’ll respond within 24 hours (usually faster!) and resolve it fairly.

The Fine Print

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • By requesting a refund, you agree not to use the key (we’ll deactivate it).
  • We follow local consumer laws—if your region grants more flexibility, we’ll honor it.
